A man with a beard, wearing a short-sleeved shirt, shorts, and sneakers, is holding bottles of beer and standing next to a bicycle outside a shop with an open sign.

Hi, I'm Freddy! I have been working in the restaurant & bar industry for over 25 years. With my experience, I've crafted what I think (humbly) might be the perfect ginger beer, using fresh ginger root and lemon juice, pure cane sugar and carbonated water.

Fred & Sylvia’s ginger beer is non-alcoholic and delicious on its own, or mixed with your favorite spirit for an easy, refreshing cocktail.

The name "Fred & Sylvia’s" pays homage to my grandparents who owned and operated a tavern by that same name in Dayton, Ohio for 40 years. Their love of serving drinks to people inspired me to bring this brew to you.

From the Dayton Daily News, 1986.

A newspaper article titled 'The little bar that could has survived 23 years' featuring a photo of Fred and Sylvia at their Brown Street bar, with Fred wearing a pink shirt and Sylvia in a red top sitting behind the bar counter.

Ginger. Lemon. Sugar. Water. Fizz.

Refreshingly feisty ginger beer, made the best way we know how.
